British Homebuyers WERE AMAZING with their help and support in selling my property. The whole process went as smoothly as possible, I received regular updates by way of a phone call. They spoke to both my Buyers and Solicitors on my behalf. I had the right people looking at my property as I was contacted when a prospective buyer was wanting to view to see if I was happy with them. I would highly recommend them to anyone I will certainly be contacting them in the future when I sell again. Thank you!

However, within 3 weeks they found a buyer at the asking price and the sale duly completed a while later. British home buyers can’t find a photographer! ( Really)
They either can’t afford, or they are slow payers and photographers will not work for them .( this is my best guess)
It is outrageous that after a week no photographer. & no communication. I have to chase them! . Only to find they can’t find a photographer. Really pull the other one . I found 4 local ones that could attend in 24 /48 hours . Perhaps British home buyers can’t afford the internet. And the library is too far to walk . More likely British Home buyers can’t find a library. Or even know how to go about finding one .

I am thinking this is a scam to enable Identity theft.
Big promises with no delivery. Promised a big bank of investors that will snap up the house in no time. This is absolutely not true. One viewing requested and it was a normal person through right move. The fees are more than double that of regular estate agents and you have to do all the showing etc yourself. They constantly push to decrease the house price to get it. Do not waste your time or money.
