The process was explained and I was kept in the loop, no secrets or surprises. The same person dealt with me from the start and contacts were arranged to fit in with me. It was such a relief to have everything sorted so I could move on.

Raymond called and gave me honest and direct feedback. Also sent a very useful document over detailing things to watch for when looking at cash buyers. Did not end up going with them because my part ex offer for a new build was very strong but Raymond was very transparent with that fact and did not try to talk me into his cash offer with any sales jargon!
