The Advisory's PropCast tool is an online service that provides homeowners with an estimate of how long it will take to sell their property based on current market conditions. The tool uses data from various sources to calculate the estimated time it will take for a property to sell.

To use the PropCast tool, homeowners simply need to enter their postcode and a few simple property details, such as the number of bedrooms and bathrooms.

The tool then provides an estimate of how long it will take to sell the property in the current market conditions, as well as an estimate of the property's current value.

From what we can deduce, The Advisory appears to be a good resources for anyone looking to buy or sell a property in the UK.

Let's take a look at what some of their customers have had to say about their services.

Is The Advisory a reliable source of information on the UK estate industry?

According to Jane Warwick, yes, the company website is "absolutely invaluable"

I am looking into this entire process of Cash Homebuyers and the information on The Advisory site is absolutely invaluable. I feel so much more confident and well-informed about this option now. Thank you Gavin!

And in another positive review, A. Clark states that they've been very impressed with the company's standing and online reputation.

I found Gavin's name by chance and was impressed by his standing in the industry and excellent reviews. I believed my home to have serious structural issues that I couldn't address myself and thought I might need a quick cash sale. Gavin quickly assessed my circumstances and advised me to contact a property colleague who has also given first-rate advice and support. Gavin responded quickly to emails in a warm but professional manner and is genuinely interested in helping people. I will definitely contact Gavin for any future property sales and would recommend anyone selling for any reason to seek and follow his expert guidance. Thank you Gavin for helping me in a very stressful situation.

How accurate is The Advisory's PropCast tool?

While most reviews we've found have been positive, a certain Richard Bolam states that they were a bit disappointed with the PropCast tool.

Overall great advice. Only concern is propcast. A bit blunt as covers all house types and the market can be specific to different house types.

Should I be concerned about contacting a "professional house seller?"

Interestingly, while researching the company, we've run into some reviews on Facebook, which are not related to typical house sellers.

Although many of the company's Google reviews appear legitimate, on Facebook, many of the company's review seems a bit fishy.

In fact, in one of the first reviews we see, Prince Aderopo Saheed doesn't even talk about the estate industry, and instead, talks about his experience with investing and trading.

I was looking for the best not until I read good reviews and recommendation about Mrs Angela with her Great skill of Trading and Mining made a good profit for so many in their trade Account. I was amazed how happy many Investors wrote good comment's about her. I contacted amazing Mrs Angela and invested with her with believe, and trust just as the way she replied me. I earned a very good profit and made my withdrawal successfully directly to my cashapp and gave back just 20% from my Profit of $30,000 investing with a minimum of $7,000.

We also found several other similar reviews on Facebook, which had nothing to do with The Advisory or the UK estate industry.

But what's most disconcerting is that these seemingly unrelated reviews are found on The Advisory's site as well, leading us to question whether or not this is a legitimate company.

Therefore, we strongly recommend you check out the company's website and their Facebook page to view these seemingly unrelated reviews and make a decision for yourself.

Does The Advisory have any awards, or have they been featured on prominent websites?

According to the company's website, they've been featured on a number of reputable websites, including:

  • Financial Times
  • The Guardian
  • The Times
  • Prime Resi
  • And more

The Advisory - Our Final Verdict

Overall, The Advisory has a clean, well-built website that provides a good deal of information about the UK property industry.

Everything about the company seems to be legit, however, once we landed on their Facebook page, we found a bunch of reviews that aren't related to the property industry whatsoever. Instead, many of the reviews were about stock and forex trading, Bitcoin, etc.

In our opinion, it's a bit disconcerting coming across reviews which aren't at all relevant to The Advisory or its services.

That being said, our final verdict is that individuals should do their due diligence before contacting this company.
