*Reviews are updated and correct as of March 2026
Overall, Quick Move Now seems to be a legitimate and reliable cash buyer, with plenty of cash on hand to make quick purchases, and dozens of customer reviews to back up their claims.
At the time of this writing, the company currently boasts of 4.2-star rating on Trustpilot and a 4.3-star rating on Google. Although there are some negative reviews (more on that below), more than 80% of the brand’s reviews on Trustpilot are 4-stars and up.
Let’s take a closer look at what some of their customers have had to say.
For starters, Sue Homer states that she’s “COMPLETELY SATISFIED:”
Having gone through this whole process from start to finish I can honestly say it has all gone through very smoothly. We were paid what they offered, kept in contact and have been very helpful. We did our research prior to choosing Quick Move Now and have not been disappointed. Would definitely recommend.
And in another 5-star review from Fiona, she says they provided: “great service.”
Communication was really good, step by step information, couldn't fault this company. It was good to talk to real humans for a change. Wholeheartedly recommended for a quick sale.
Even when it comes to some of the lower-rated reviews, the company always seems to respond in a friendly and professional manner. Here’s a scathing 1-star review from Lottie Healy:
Was impressed by the 5* reviews, & decided they would be a good fit for us. After sending out an Estate Agent for an appraisal, (around £260,000), they then came to me with an offer of £185,000.
What a joke!! Their response was in order to flip it, they'd sell it at £230,000 then I'd get 85% of that figure! Well, their math doesn't add up, & I would avoid these cretins like the plague!
Awful, dishonest company who needs shutting down. Absolutely furious is an understatement!!
-Lottie Healy on Quick Move Now
While it’s fair that Lottie was disappointed with her offer, Quick Move Now responded to her frustration promptly. Here’s what they had to say:
We apologise that your experience with Quick Move Now did not meet your expectations. We have thoroughly reviewed your file to understand where we fell short, and we want to be fully transparent. We take full responsibility for the initial miscommunication regarding the potential discount levels. While mistakes are rare in our process, when they do occur, we accept full responsibility. Fortunately, all our offers are made at no cost or obligation, so there is no financial impact if you choose not to proceed…
So, even though Lottie had an unpleasant experience, at least the company has the professionalism to reach out and help explain and resolve the situation. However, Lottie isn’t the only unhappy customer after dealing with Quick Move Now.
Here’s a look at a few other 1-star reviews:
After no luck on the usual open market I decided to look into benchmarking several cash buying companies and I was very impressed with Quick Move Now. They seemed professional, helpful, and a genuine cash buying company. There was absolutely no pressure or insisting me sign anything and they are members of NAPB, supposedly trying to improve standards in this industry. They took 2 local estate agents valuations and I myself recognise my house had been initially marketed way over at £350k instead of around £300k. They offered me 78% (£235k) Obviously they are in business to make a margin and I took a couple of months to think it over but as I wanted a quick hassle free sale I was tempted and so I kept in touch with them after their initial offer. After around 2 months I called Danny to see if the market had changed and if that price still stood. I specifically asked this and the price hadn’t changed…
-Helen Brooks on Quick Move Now
And in another 1-star review on Google, Rhonnie Powell states:
The sales representative who processed the sale was professional and proactive however would advise against anyone buying properties from this company - I agreed to use their recommended solicitor (Taylor Rose) on the grounds they would cover the "Legal Fees" and ensure a fast completion; this resulted in the solicitors communicating with Quick Move Now regularly and refusing to reply to me and not represent my interests in addition to still being invoiced with extensive costs not listed on the initial quote.
-Rhonnie Powell on Quick Move Now
And, in yet another 1-star review, Millie Shaw airs her frustrations about dealing with Quick Move Now.
They are just looking for a quick sale with little customer service offered. The house was left in a state, and the attic (which they told us was unboarded, so you would assume unusable) was actually boarded and full of stuff, which they took no responsibility for. If you purchase a house from them check every detail as you will receive no support once the sale has gone through.
-Millie Shaw on Quick Move Now
So it’s safe to say that some people just weren’t happy with Quick Move Now. However, we should remind you that these are the minority and the vast majority of reviews are positive, commending Quick Move Now for their friendly and professional service.

- Limited room for negotiation: While it may be possible to negotiate the cash price offered by Quick Move Now, the company uses a set pricing model to make fair and competitive offers to homeowners.
- Not suitable for all properties: Quick Move Now specialises in buying properties in any condition. However, some properties may not be suitable for their service due to location or legal issues.

- Geographic Limitations: The company’s service is limited to properties in England and Wales only.

QuickMoveNow vs Other Quick Sale Companies
Below, we’ve highlighted some of the key differences, such as average sale time, hidden fees and more, compared to other UK house buyers, such as Open Property Group, Smooth Sale, Upstix, National Homebuyers, Property Solvers or Housebuyers4u.
Quick Sale Firms
- Takes 2-4 weeks to find a buyer
- Some firms charge hidden fees
- Won't always buy any type of home
- Can take months if not true cash buyers
- Some firms do not offer complete confidentiality
- Not all quick sale firms offer a cash advance service
QuickMoveNow
- Customer’s choice
- All fees are covered (if you use their solicitor)
- QuickMoveNow buy any home
- Is a true cash buyer
- Total confidentiality
- Offers cash advances
In our expert opinion, QuickMoveNow sets itself apart with its strong regulatory framework and reputation. They also have a strong history of having purchased more than 6,500 homes in the UK, dozens of reviews, and a comprehensive website that ensures they stand out from other newer, and less reputable cash house buyers in the UK.
However, when comparing companies, homeowners should assess additional factors like legal fee coverage, flexibility in negotiations, and transparency in valuations, which can vary significantly between providers.
More advice from our Property Expert Paul:
"When selling with QuickMoveNow or any quick-sale company, I’d recommend checking their regulatory status and financial proof upfront. QuickMoveNow has proven funds and regulatory backing, but it’s still wise to request their latest proof of funds statement and verify their current NAPB membership.
This way, you can be confident you’re working with a legitimate buyer who can complete the sale within the promised timeframe."
