I had an awful experience with this company it started in mid july first contact was Daniel who offered me a price which we both agreed ,after 10 minutes he send me the contact to sign and completion in 3 weeks .They instructed a solicitor for me with very poor communication and slow response.After 3 months of numerous calls with Daniel he was keep saying and promising the completion end of each week which never happened.Finally they called me saying that they have lower offer which i walked away.I would be careful dealing with similar companies as often they misled.They wasted 3 months of my time and said sorry.
No good offering to buy at a ridiculously low price.
Advertise that they do not offer significantly below market rate and the last quote i got was £100k below market rate, wasted 6mins of my life i will never get back 🤣
