Overall, Quick Move Now appears to be a very reliable and well-reviewed property buying company, with their lowest rating being 3.8 stars on TrustPilot, and their best being a 5.0 from Feefo.
Despite having a slightly lower average rating, it should be noted that 70% of Quick Move Now’s reviews on Trustpilot are 5-star reviews, and only 21% of their reviews are 3-stars or less.
In terms of customer service, Teressa, who left a review on Trustpilot praised the company’s helpful advice and availability:
So far in my process of working with Quick Move Now Adam Thomley has been amazing; going through my personal situation, he has been always available to help and advice no matter how silly i think my question is. He has explained the process in full to me
- Teressa
On Google, Cristian Cicoveanu, also praised the professionalism and customer service of the team member he dealt with:
This week on friday we bought the house through quickmove now, he wad the best person ever to help us to complete in time, his name is Matt Bowden , a very good and professional, he made sure that process will be completed in 2 weeks time, and he actually done it without any faults at all, he always answered to our emails phone calls, he made the process smooth and without any delays, I definitely recommend him as completion manager, i wish you good luck in your career, and im sure that you will succeed Matt . Thank you very much one more time for everything
As a company that prides itself on its transparency, This Trustpilot review from Reluctant DIYer appears to confirm that fact:
We found Quick Move Now very professional, flexible and transparent. This was in stark contrast to estate agents and various ‘buyers’ who had let us down. This resulted in us needing to bring in QMN who we were wary of initially. They were excellent - Rhys Luke in particular is a highly skilled communicator and very easy to deal with.
However, we should also note that while most of Quick Move Now’s reviews are positive, some customer experiences were sub-par, leading to poor reviews.
For instance, one customer mentioned, “avoid like a plague, you will only get 60% of what your property is valued at.”
We were in the market to off-load our property portfolio, hence we were willing to take a hit of 15/20%.
The estate agents valued the property at £290. Quick Move gave a initial valuation over the phone of £247k subject to estate agent valuation.Once they have the valuation the final offer was £208k, a drop of £39k and telling us we would be saving £5k in estate agent fees.
Avoid like a plague, you will only get 60% of what your property is valued at.

More advice from our Property Expert Paul:
"When selling with QuickMoveNow or any quick-sale company, I’d recommend checking their regulatory status and financial proof upfront. QuickMoveNow has proven funds and regulatory backing, but it’s still wise to request their latest proof of funds statement and verify their current NAPB membership.
This way, you can be confident you’re working with a legitimate buyer who can complete the sale within the promised timeframe."
