From what we can deduce, The Advisory appears to be a good resource for anyone looking to buy or sell a property in the UK.

Let's take a look at what some of their customers have had to say about their services.

Is The Advisory a reliable source of information on the UK estate industry?

According to Richard Willshire who left a Google review in April 2024, the answer is a resounding “yes”! He wrote:

Very early in the process but I have been very grateful to this site for warning me about the pitfalls involved in selling my property to a company for cash for a quick sale. I have yet to decide to go down this route, but I feel better informed now and with actual companies recommended, it seems a much more comfortable option now.

In another positive review, Graham Noble states that The Advisory did not drop their offer at the last minute.

The advisory came too late for me. Having promised faithfully that they would not drop their offer at the last minute (as they were 'helping to clean up the image of these companies') house buy fast then proceeded to do exactly that. I wish that i had seen your wise words before I found the weasel words of hbf.

How accurate is The Advisory's PropCast tool?

While most reviews we've found have been positive, a certain Richard Bolam states that they were a bit disappointed with the PropCast tool.

Overall great advice. Only concern is propcast. A bit blunt as covers all house types and the market can be specific to different house types.

In another positive review, Doris Baker commended the useful information in the website.

Excellent information from The Advisory, so pleased I found this site. THANK YOU

How is the staff of the company?

In a Trustpilot review, Tiffany Bentley stated that the staff was extremely rude over the phone.

Extremely rude on the telephone. I received a cold call from them and when I started to ask questions about exactly who they were and why the were calling the man who called told me I hadn't been listening to what he was saying!! He'd only told me his name, the name of the company and that he wanted to talk about my insurance policy, when I asked if they were part of the company my insurance is with and was he calling to review my current policy or trying to sell me something else he clearly didn't like it. He just kept repeating his script and told me I wasn't listening, so so rude and probably a complete scam - I hung up!
