Founded in 2007, SpringMove was formerly called National Property Trade (NPT) and is now simply called Spring. It is a Croydon-based business that specialises in fast property sales across the UK. The company claims to have £300m in guaranteed funding, which enables them to complete sales quickly.
SpringMove has a mission to make home selling easier, faster and stress-free. As a result, they also offer assistance to clients who are stuck in a chain, or who want a part-exchange sale. In addition, once sellers have accepted their offer, their quick conveyancing methods, complete with a free RICS survey, means they can complete the sale within 7-14 days.
They are members of the NAPB and TPO and obtained New Homes Quality Code (NHQC) accreditation in recent years.

Spring has a high rating on Trustpilot but unfortunately, there is an absence of reviews on all other popular review sites including Google, Feefo and Reviews.co.uk. This doesn’t work in their favour as most people prefer to research reviews over more than one platform to be sure of a fair and unbiased view of the company.
Still, the most recent reviews on Trustpilot do suggest that Spring is professional and prompt, and, true to their claim, made the sales process completely stress-free.
In a review on 19 February 2025 review, for instance, David Harrison revealed:
We recently used Spring to enable our elderly mother to move from a Character cottage to a Modern independent living McCarthy Stone apartment. Spring enabled us to do this quickly and without fuss allowing us up to 28 days to move out. However, it's important to note that not all customers were happy with the service they received. Some have voiced frustration over delays and unclear valuations.
